For tours or services that have been reserved ahead of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:

• Cancellations received 7 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service),  the cancellation fee will be waived and the full refund will be process. 

• Cancellations received between 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled date for the event (tour or service), a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the full amount paid. In other words, the refund processed will be of 50% of the total amount paid.

• Cancellations received within 2 days of the scheduled date for the event (tour or service),  a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.

For tours or services that have been reserved within 2 days of the scheduled date in which the event will take place:

• The customer will have a grace period of 15 minutes to cancel in order to received the full refund of the amount paid.

•  If the cancellation is received within 16 minutes and the scheduled date for the event (tour or service),  a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund will be processed.
